Carbolite BLF High Temperature Bottom Load Furnace
1、 Product Introduction:
The Carbolite BLF high-temperature bottom loading furnace achieves rapid sample heating and cooling by lifting the furnace bed, while protecting operators from direct exposure to high-temperature radiation.
2、 Standard parameters:
1. Maximum operating temperatures of 1600 ° C, 1700 ° C, and 1800 ° C
2. Furnace cavity volume 3~21L
3. Programmable EPC3016P1 Controller
4. Suitable for high-temperature ceramic sintering, high-temperature glass melting, or use in different atmospheres
5. Fast heating and cooling cycles can be achieved through the lifting and lowering of the furnace bed
6. Electric lifting furnace bottom to protect operators from the scorching furnace
7. Furnace door safety interlock device
8. Six sided heating ensures good temperature uniformity
9. Standard over temperature protection to prevent overloading during unmanned operation
10. The 1600 ° C model uses silicon carbon rod heating
11. The 1700 ° C and 1800 ° C models use silicon molybdenum rod heating
12. Ethernet communication interface
3、 Optional accessories:
1. A series of precision digital controllers with digital communication options, multi-stage programmers and data recorders, as well as digital communication interfaces
2. Matching crucible
3. Customized furnace bottom and inverted crucible with inert atmosphere (non airtight)
4. Safety protection net cover
5. User specific customization: An eccentric ceramic tube penetrates deep into the furnace from the top and is paired with a rotating bottom for stirring samples
6. Plasma sprayed alumina protective cover to protect heating elements from sample contamination

5、 Attention:
1. The maximum continuous use temperature should be 100 ℃ lower than the maximum temperature
2. The heating rate is measured under no-load operation with the temperature set at 100 ° C below the maximum temperature
3. At 1700 ℃ and 1800 ℃, there may be a chemical reaction between the heating element and zirconia, which can cause the zirconia sample to change color. We can provide process guidance or replace heating elements with other models. Please consult us for details
